Bare Klem delves into the potential struggles of relationships; acknowledging conflicts as inherent to connections, and embracing each other's flaws. In addition to depicting male intimacy, the performance investigates the transgressions of boundaries that can occur in close relationships.
Bare Klem
A Belgian gay atheist and a Norwegian Christian young woman solving your existential problems through dance? Maybe not, but performers Anna Benedicte Andresen and Iannes Bruylant will sure give their all to try!
A performance about friendships and trust exploring the boundaries of what’s considered cliché and moving beyond it. Voice and body are used in expressions of gratitude as the dancers share a moment with each other and with the audience.
An Existential Duet
This piece is simply about falling. Don't overthink it, or do if it feels right. I might join you.
Through risk, acrobatics, and interaction, the audience is brought into the moment with the performer.
"A fall for all seasons" is a highly physical solo about daring to expose oneself, about trying and falling, and about getting up again—or not...
A Fall For All Seasons
An unconventional striptease is a poetic ode to cinematic romance. Performers Ian Yves Ancheta and Iannes Bruylant present an intimate portrait of a relationship between two men in an attempt to rewrite the narrative of gay romantic cinema.
By being vulnerable, flawed, and playful the dancers seek to reveal more than just their skin. They explore the literal and symbolic notion of undressing, being unapologetically themselves with each other and the audience. Through a combination of comedy, theatre, and dance you are invited into a celebration of the mundane flawed relationship.
An Unconventional Striptease
A site-specific outdoor dance performance engaging commuters during rush hour. The performance celebrates the daily ritual of morning coffee.
Morgenkaffe
A solo made in a time of possibilities. If everything is possible then how do we know who or what to become. Maybe we’ll just become noise. Playing with the animation of sound. How do we give life to them and how can we play with the perception?
